Who is Glenn "Max" Wilson
 
Glenn continues his 35-year history as a small business owner in his roles as a real estate specialist and consultant. In the real estate industry, Glenn applies his skills in professional development and product/service development to help his clients manage the types of change that arise from the buying and/or selling process.
 
Glenn's ability to conduct and apply research with practical application is one of the reasons he is recognized as a "thought leader" in the business of real estate across the U.S.  The Real Advantage (SM) system is Glenn's latest contribution to the Real Estate Industry. Through his analysis and study of the comon difficulties faced by agents and brokers alike, he has been able to create a system that provides real estate professionals with a method to increase their value to their customers.
 
Glenn is also President of CEO Consultants, a firm dedicated to the enhancement and management of creative human potential in changing organizations. He has worked throughout the U.S. and Europe as a change managment consultant and a master trainer in Creative Problem Solving and upper-level management training. He is a certified: facilitator; International Igniting Creative Potential (TM) Trainer; Research Unit Associate; and Jr. Associate. In the the past he has also been a college instructor, mechanical engineer, owned and operated a music store, and owned and operated DJZ Neighborhood Grille and Bar.
 
Glenn holds a B.S. in Education,  M.S. in Technology Education from California State University of PA, a M.S. in Creativity and Innovation from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo. An avid reader and book collector, Glenn also writes book reviews and articles for CPS-B Communique and numerous refereed journals. He is a published author, developed and trained numerous courses and authored more than 100 white papers on a variety of topics.
 
He is a member of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP), the Pittsburgh Technology Council, Product Development and Managment Association and the Masonic Lodge #429 in Harmony, PA. Glenn serves on the International Jury for INPEX (Invention/New Product Exposition). Glenn is a certified New Homes Sales Specialist.
