Ed Rae is the President of RE/MAX Select Realty.  He lives in Cranberry Township with his wife Laurel and their two daughters.  Ed has earned his reputation as one of the top Realtors in Southwestern Pennsylvania.  His real estate career began in 1993 and since then, he has had over $50 million in production, with an average of 60 home sales per year.  Ed has received several prestigious honors, including Beaver Countys #1 Listing and Sales Agent for 1998 with over $11 million in closed production.  Also in 1999, Coldwell Banker Real Estate agents voted Ed the winner of the first annual George Hackett Award for Excellence.

Ed embodies a spirit of professionalism and hard work.  He respects others who work hard, and believes that agents should keep more of their commission dollars.     

Paul Culley is the Broker of Record for RE/MAX Select Realty.  He is a Real Estate Broker with over 21 years of real estate experience.  Paul became licensed in 1979, and later earned the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Broker (CRS) designations. Paul believes that his association with top realtors has enhanced his professional reputation.

In 1990, Paul was elected by his peers to a three-year term as director of The Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), where he served on the R-Day Committee and was Chairman of the Builder/Realtor Committee.  He continues to be active on the Hot Line Committee and the National Political Action Committee.  Paul also managed real estate offices for Prudential Preferred Realty and Metro Real Estate Services (now Coldwell Banker). Paul and his wife Karen reside in Pine Township.

In 2003, Chris will be the youngest President in the history of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).  Chris recently attended the NAR Leadership Conference in Chicago, IL and is a frequent attendee at NAR and PAR events.

Joe and Renae DiSalvo reside in Cranberry Township with their son, Nicolas.  Together, Joe and Renae have over 28 years of Real Estate experience and have proudly helped over 1000 families find homes in our area.  They believe that career growth should be balanced by personal growth. 

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Joe was Vice President of Coldwell Bankers New Homes Division.  In that capacity and in the future, his concentration on new construction uses his talent to locate sites for developers, create marketing strategies for various developments, and advise builders on home designs.  Renae has been a top agent in Southwestern Pennsylvania with over $70 million in career production.  Renae marketed the Averys Field plan in Cranberry Township from its inception, and considers it to be one of her most successful projects to date.   

Kristen and Lawton Stokes are both attorneys and they live in Adams Township with their two daughters.  After graduating from law school in 1993, Kristen Stokes founded Allegheny Settlement Company, Inc.  As title insurance agents and settlement service providers, they have conducted thousands of real estate closings.  Kristen and Lawton are also founders and partners in the full-service law firm of Matthews & Stokes, P.C.  Lawton currently serves on the Realtor-Lawyer Committee for the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
